Responsibility
Assist major marketing projects, including mega campaigns (e.g. 11.11 and 12.12), seasonal festivities (e.g. Women&039;s Day), and other initiatives
Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance using internal analytic dashboards, conduct performance reports, and provide recommendations
To support VN Integrated Marketing team in e- commerce campaign execution, including promotional tools, traffic tools, performance tracking, and project management Responsibility
In- App Configuration: Support system configuring for key campaign tools (e.g. Voucher, Livestream, Campaign Microsite, etc)
Keep abreast of trends on social media, e- Commerce, digital marketing and industry developments to enhance project quality
Stakeholder coordination: Coordinate projects across a variety of stakeholders, including local teams (eg: Creator Management, Seller Management...), regional teams (eg: Marketing, Product...), and external teams (eg: brand teams, agencies, vendors)
Navigate in a fast- paced environment with high standards for accuracy and process excellence
Qualifications
Strong at communication skills
Strong proficiency using computer- based applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Outstanding project management skills, especially problem- solving, stakeholder management, communication, and progress management
Eagerness to learn and contribute to a fast- paced environment.
Fluent English and Vietnamese command. High priority for candidates with Chinese command at working proficiency level.
Minimum 1 years experience in E- commerce, digital marketing, performance marketing, or similar positions at top digital companies. Experience in influencer marketing and livestream production is a plus.
Flexibility to adapt to evolving trends and priorities
