As such, we are looking for outstanding university students across the following fields: Law, Arts & Design, Architecture & Construction, Media – Communication & Journalism to be our instructors to guide students (primary and secondary school age) in exploring careers, including general knowledge and skill in the corresponding field of profession. Your expertise and experience will help our students understand and pursue their future careers

The successful candidates will be able to:

Participant in the training session led by JM&039;s Professional mentor team.
Encourage active participation in industry- related simulations and role- playing activities.
Guide and support primary and secondary- level students with professional knowledge and skills (under the guidance of mentors) as they pursue the related career fields, helping them complete a simulated work project.
Participate in building up the simple career simulation project.
Use JM&039;s project curriculum based on the American Career Standard.
Direct the students to practice by leading them through case studies & the app/tool online/offline to have practical experiences.
Monitor students’ progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve and develop essential skills for careers in the field.
Assist in answering questions and providing guidance throughout the students’ career exploration journey.

University student in 3rd year or 4th year, or fresh graduates
Experience in teaching and training on a project for primary and secondary students is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively mentor and guide individuals.
Empathy and a genuine commitment to the well- being and success of student
Excellent problem- solving and critical- thinking abilities to assist students in overcoming career- related challenges.
English level: Competent
Excellent GPA (>3.0/4.0)

Compensation: 200,000 (VND)- 500,000 (VND) / hour.
