Cashew Sales Manager Assistant

Sales Support & Execution
Prepare and send quotations, product information, and commercial documents to customers.
Assist the Sales Manager in managing the full sales cycle for cashew products (inquiry → quotation → contract → delivery → payment follow- up).
Coordinate with production, QA/QC, and logistics to ensure accurate execution of customer orders.
Track and update sales orders, shipment schedules, and delivery status.
Market & Customer Management
Maintain relationships with existing international customers; support communication, follow- up, and issue resolution.
Conduct basic market research on cashew prices, supply trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports, customer updates, and market insights for the Sales Manager.
Documentation & Coordination
Support the Sales Manager in internal meetings, sales presentations, and customer visits.
Ensure all customer requirements and specifications are communicated clearly to internal teams.
Prepare sales contracts, POs, PI, shipping documents, and related export paperwork (as required).
