Category Pharma Manager

We’re looking for a Category Pharma Manager to decide what medicines and healthcare products we sell and why to shape a modern pharmacy experience that Vietnamese consumers can rely on.
You’ll own:

Set pricing intent, margin targets, and promotion plans
Define the pharmaceutical category strategy, growth priorities, and performance goals
Partner with Procurement on supplier selection and commercial direction
Collaborate with Supply Chain, Marketing, Operations, and E- commerce to execute plans
Decide which SKUs to list or delist, balancing customer needs, quality, and compliance
Monitor trends, customer behavior, and competitors in the pharmaceutical market
Ensure all category decisions comply with healthcare regulations, internal policies, and ethical standards

You will be a good fit if you have:

Strong understanding of pharmaceutical compliance, pricing and promotions
Experienced in cross- functional collaboration with Procurement and Supply Chain
Commercially and analytically minded, with strategic thinking and attention to detail
Fluent Vietnamese, with working proficiency in English
Customer- and trust- focused, accountable, and ethical
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (preferred) or related fields
4- 8+ years in pharmaceutical category management, pharmacy retail or regulated healthcare products
