Mô tả công việc
- Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering ingredients
- Follow all HACCP and 5- star hotel standards
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the assigned section
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food in compliance with safety standards
- Assist in menu development and new dish creation
- Prepare and cook dishes according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines
- Support Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Manage a specific kitchen section (e.g., hot kitchen, cold kitchen, pastry)
- Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and portion control
- Supervise and guide Commis Chefs and kitchen staff
Yêu cầu công việc
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
- Diploma/Certificate in Culinary Arts or related field
- Experience in 4–5 star hotels or fine dining restaurants preferred
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast- paced environment
- Ability to supervise and train junior kitchen staff
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Passion for cooking and attention to detail
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a professional kitchen
- Strong cooking skills and knowledge of various cuisines
