Direct Hotline counseling/receiving calls, emails, messages (email, chat, voice) fromcustomers to answer questions, support to resolve customer complaints about productsand services on the e- commerce platform.
Perform other duties as required by superiors.
Update information on the system.
Yêu cầu công việc
Proficiency in Japanese (listening, speaking, reading, writing). The JLPT N1 or N2 if have time live/study in Japan
Having experiences in customer services is an advantage.
Loud & clear voice.
Graduated High School or highereducation.
