Change Management And Learning Coordinator (SAP)

About the Role
This position plays a key role in helping local teams adapt to new systems (SAP S/4HANA) and processes. You’ll work closely with global and local teams to create, review, and organize training materials, support communication, and make sure employees are ready for upcoming changes.
Zimaw is finding a Change Management & Learning Coordinator to join their transformation project in Vietnam.

What You’ll Do

Ensure all users are informed, engaged, and ready for transformation activities
Support Train- the- Trainer (TTT) and End- User Training (EUT) sessions in Vietnam.
Manage training material lifecycle (documentation, version control, QA, Jira tracking).
Localize communication and training content into Vietnamese.
Coordinate with global and local process teams to develop and review training content for SAP S/4HANA.

Organized, detail- oriented, and proactive in working with cross- functional teams.
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
Familiarity with SAP Enable Now or digital learning tools is a plus.
Good English communication skills (both speaking and writing).
1–3 years of experience in training coordination, change management, or ERP projects.
Nice to Have
Experience in manufacturing or supply chain environment.
Background in S/4HANA, ERP implementation, or content QA.
Interest in people, learning, and digital transformation.
