Chef de Partie (Pastry)

- Work with the Executive Pastry Chef and the culinary team to create new pastry menu items, seasonal specials, and dessert options.
- Manage pastry inventory and procurement, including stock level control and waste minimization, to maintain freshness, availability, and cost- effectiveness.
- Maintain excellent quality and consistency in pastry production, including flavor, texture, appearance, and portion size, by conducting regular tastings and assessments to guarantee adherence to standards.
- Prepare and execute various pastries and desserts following the hotel&039;s recipes, techniques, and presentation standards.

- Understanding of F & B and hotel industry and products
- Ability to introduce and explain menus to F & B team leaders and team members (Education Skills)
- Cooking- related knowledge, including excellent cooking skills and the ability to organize standard recipes
- Communication skills(Negotiation/Presentation/Speech/Listening)
