Prepare ingredients according to kitchen standards.
- Chế biến và trình bày các món Âu theo đúng công thức và tiêu chuẩn của Resort.
Cook and present Western dishes following the Resort&039;s recipes and quality standards.
- Kiểm soát chất lượng món ăn, định lượng và hình thức trình bày.
Ensure food quality, portion control and attractive presentation.
- Giữ gìn vệ sinh khu vực làm việc, dụng cụ và thiết bị bếp.
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, workstations, utensils and equipment.
- Tuân thủ nghiêm ngặt các quy định về an toàn vệ sinh thực phẩm.
Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Hỗ trợ Bếp trưởng và phối hợp với các thành viên trong bếp để đảm bảo vận hành hiệu quả.
Support the Head Chef and work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.

- Có tối thiểu 1 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Bếp Âu.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a Western Kitchen.
- Có kiến thức cơ bản về chế biến món Âu.
Basic knowledge of Western cuisine and cooking techniques.
- Chăm chỉ, trung thực, có tinh thần trách nhiệm và cầu tiến.
Hard- working, honest, responsible and willing to learn.
