Chemical Engineer (PU)

General Purpose
• Responsible for developing, optimizing, and scaling polyurethane formulations and manufacturing processes to deliver high- performance products that meet customer specifications and regulatory standards.
Job Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and optimize polyurethane formulations for various applications.
• Conduct experiments and analyze data to improve product performance and manufacturing efficiency.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, new materials, and emerging technologies in polyurethane chemistry.
• Support technical documentation, process validation, and product quality control.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards during development and production.
• Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality teams to scale up formulations from lab to full production.
• Provide technical support to sales and customer service teams as needed.
• Troubleshoot production issues related to chemical processes and materials.
