Chemical Engineer (PU)

- Design, develop, and optimize polyurethane formulations for various applications.- Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality teams to scale up formulations from lab to full production.- Conduct experiments and analyze data to improve product performance and manufacturing efficiency.- Troubleshoot production issues related to chemical processes and materials.- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards during development and production.- Support technical documentation, process validation, and product quality control.- Keep abreast of industry trends, new materials, and emerging technologies in polyurethane chemistry.- Provide technical support to sales and customer service teams as needed.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or a related field.- Proven experience in polyurethane chemistry and formulation development.- Strong understanding of chemical reaction engineering, polymerization, and materials science.- Experience with analytical techniques such as FTIR, DSC, TGA, rheology, or similar is preferred.- Excellent problem- solving skills and attention to detail.- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.- Familiarity with safety regulations and environmental standards in chemical manufacturing.
