Chemical product management and sales support (Speaking English or Korean)

- Receive orders from existing customers, place orders with OEM factories, and direct delivery.
- Assist in reviewing SDS (VN/EN), GHS labels, CAS lists, and Appendix classification.
- Follow chemical safety standards and compliance workflows.
- Coordinate with OEM manufacturers to gather formulation data and verify Appendix status.
- Assist in communication with government authorities (MOIT, DOIT, PCCC).
- Prepare internal safety reports, regulatory summaries, and technical documentation.
- Support preparation of documents for Chemical Trading License, Restricted Chemical License, and Precursor Chemical License.
- Maintain compliance files, warehouse safety documents, and chemical inventory logs.

- 0–3 years of experience in chemical documentation, QA/QC, SDS/GHS, or regulatory support.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with technical documents.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- Ability to work in English or Korean (one required; both preferred).
- Basic understanding of hazardous chemicals or willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with Vietnamese SDS/GHS standards is an advantage.
