Daily
• Process overseas payments (Japan, Singapore, Germany)
• Process supplier payments and banking transactions (MUFG, SMBC) for Hanoi & HCMC
• Handle import invoices from Japan and allocate import- related expenses
• Issue and check VAT invoices and delivery documents
• Record bank and journal transactions
Monthly
• Prepare VAT reports (HN) and withholding tax reports
• Perform monthly closing and reconciliation (B/S, P/L, AR/AP, inventory, fixed assets, depreciation)
• Prepare financial and service reports for Singapore HQ
Quarterly
• Submit quarterly reports to Department of Planning and Investment
• Declare PIT for expatriates
• Prepare and pay PIT and VAT reports (HN & HCMC)
Yearly
• Prepare annual financial statements
• Prepare and revise annual budget
• Finalize annual PIT and CIT returns (local & expatriates)
• Prepare documents for annual audit

- Chief Accountant Certificate or ACCA Cert….
- 2–5 years as a Chief Accountant in trading companies
- Long- term working for Company.
- High working pressure standable, and independently workable.
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Languages: English- Upper- Intermediate Level
- High attention to details.
- Honest, enthusiastic, good communication with customers, teamwork, multi- task abilities
- Bachelor Degree
