This position is responsible not only for accounting operations but also for budgeting, financial forecasting, company security, and supporting long- term corporate direction.

Financial Strategy & Budget Planning/ Hoạch định tài chính & lập ngân sách
Conduct cost analysis and improve financial efficiency/Phân tích chi phí và nâng cao hiệu quả sử dụng nguồn lực
Monitor financial performance and propose corrective actions/Theo dõi tình hình tài chính và đề xuất giải pháp điều chỉnh
Develop annual and long- term financial plans aligned with company strategy/Xây dựng kế hoạch tài chính năm và trung – dài hạn phù hợp với chiến lược công ty
Prepare and manage company budgets/Lập và kiểm soát ngân sách hoạt động
Financial Reporting & Compliance/Báo cáo tài chính & tuân thủ pháp luật
Prepare accurate and timely financial reports/Lập báo cáo tài chính đầy đủ, chính xác và đúng hạn
Work with auditors, tax authorities, and relevant government agencies/Làm việc với cơ quan thuế, kiểm toán và cơ quan quản lý nhà nước
Ensure compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards and relevant laws/ Đảm bảo tuân thủ chuẩn mực kế toán và pháp luật Việt Nam
Submit tax declarations and statutory reports in compliance with Vietnamese regulationsThực hiện kê khai, quyết toán thuế theo quy định
Risk Management & Company Security/Kiểm soát rủi ro & an toàn tài chính
Advise the Board of Directors on financial risks and mitigation plans/Tham mưu cho Ban Giám đốc về rủi ro và phương án phòng ngừa
Protect company assets and ensure financial transparency/Bảo vệ tài sản doanh nghiệp và đảm bảo minh bạch tài chính
Establish internal control systems/Xây dựng hệ thống kiểm soát nội bộ
Monitor cash flow, liabilities, and financial risks/Kiểm soát dòng tiền, công nợ và rủi ro tài chính
Business Growth & Strategic Direction/Định hướng phát triển & tăng trưởng
Provide financial insights for expansion and investment decisions/Cung cấp phân tích tài chính phục vụ quyết định đầu tư, mở rộng
