Chief Accountant

Finance and Accounting
Identify abnormal values in the monthly financial reports and clarify the causes.
Report to the head office on the difference between budget statements and closing statements.
Prepare annual budget, monthly cashflow forecast, monthly reporting pack.
Explain the monthly and annual financial statements to the head office.
Work with external auditors for annual audit report.
Verify the monthly financial statements by account item
Handle intercompany transactions within Group
Have a detailed discussion with the accounting consultant about the monthly and annual financial statements.
Tax
Verify and ensure the accuracy and compliance of tax declarations including VAT, PIT, FCT, and CIT monthly quarterly basis, annual CIT and PIT finalizations.
Work directly with tax authority for explaination and resolution of tax matters.
HR & GA
Co- operate with HR Global for HR and GA matters in Vietnam
Prepare monthly payroll and compulsory insurance.

• Experience in tax inspection (an advantage)
• Graduated from university
• Have experience of 8 years or more in finance, accounting and tax sectors
• Fluency in English
