Chief Accountant

- Recruit, organize, train and manage accounting staff.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, develop and evaluate the operation of finance and accounting, audit (internal and external) or other financial aspects.
- Prepare or co- ordinate the preparation of financial statements, summaries, and other cost- benefit analyses and financial management reports on a timely and accurate format.
- To be in charge of labor matter, human resources and administration including labor contract, salary regime, social insurance adapting Viet Nam current law and BSCI conduct.
- Checking letter of credit, coordinate with Logistic and Sales department for fulfillment export documentation.
- Ensure proper reports of tax matters in timely.
- Coordinate with State Organizations
- Plan, monitor, analyze and control cash flow.
- Review, develop and implement the financial policies, systems and procedures (internal and external).
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of documents and paperwork.
- Evaluate financial reporting systems, accounting procedures and investment activities and make recommendations for changes to procedures, operating systems, budgets and other financial control functions to senior management.
- Coordinate the financial planning, costing and budget process, and analyze and correct estimates.
- Take care all banking matters related to receivables, payables, and finance activities

- Ability to manage and lead teams; and able to work in teams
- Strong cultural awareness and sensitivity
- Certificate of Chief Accountant
- Age from 33 to 45.
- Import – Export field knowledge
- Minimum of 5 years&039; experience with the same position in a financing & accounting and leadership capacity.
- Labor code knowledge
- Objective driven, determination to win- High energy, dynamic individual who thrives in a challenging environment.
- University degree. Major in Finance and Accounting is a MUST
- Computer skill (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
- Good English in both speaking and writing
