Chief Accountant

Plan and carry out accounting activities for the Vietnam office to maintain timely and accurate reports to headquarters and local tax offices.
Report to the management.
Develop and manage the accounting, tax, and custom function.
Manage all rounded financial and accounting issues for our establishments in Vietnam.
Exercise integrity and confidentiality in financial reporting and adhere to company financial policies and procedures and ensure compliance and regulatory requirements.
Handle all matters relating to tax, including annual audit, tax office queries for all business locations.
Handle day- to- day finance and accounting related duties.
Manage and implement the Group’s accounting systems, internal control and practices in Vietnam.
Perform any ad hoc projects as assigned.

Proficiency in English & able to communicate at all levels.
Able to supervise a sizable team and manage of full set of manufacturing accounts and accounting system development.
Highly collaborative with solid management skills.
Experience in ERP systems is a must.
Experience with multinational or sizable organization is an advantage.
Degree in Accounting/ Finance or other relevant disciplines with minimum 5 years solid working experience in manufacturing costing.

Has a strong sense of work responsibility and effectively controls waste in the production process.
Able to handle emergencies.
