Chief Accountant (Japanese Speaking)

Role Overview
This role functions as the main accounting lead for the Ho Chi Minh City branch, handling daily accounting tasks, monthly and yearly reports, and tax matters. The position also supports general administrative work and requires close coordination with the Japanese management team. Ideal for candidates who are detail- oriented, adaptable, and comfortable in a small Japanese work environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure all work aligns with Vietnamese regulatory requirements and internal company policies.
• Oversee and manage the accounting operations.
• Support administrative and office tasks as needed.
• Handle daily accounting, monthly and annual closing, and tax compliance, working closely with the external accounting firm.
• Coordinate and report directly to the Japanese manager.
