Chief Accountant/ Kế Toán Trưởng

JOB OBJECTIVE:
We are looking for a Chief Accountant to manage the accounting operations of multiple entities, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely reporting. Reporting directly to the Group Accounting Manager, this role plays a key part in delivering financial insights to guide strategic decisions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform finance and accounting processes in accordance with Group accounting policies and Vietnam Accounting Standards (VAS), including journal entries, general ledger, sub- ledgers, reconciliations, and reporting, ensuring financial das accurate, complete, and timely.
Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, banks, and government agencies on accounting tax, and compliance matters.
Manage shareholder information and handle the processing of dividend distributions.
Supervise accounting operations for high- volume transactions, including inventory management, cost calculation, and sales revenue.
Prepare, analyze and present monthly FS package reports and tax reports.
Coordinate with other departments to provide documents and accounting information as required.
Directly mentor team members.
Ensure timely and accurate of account data.
Prepare accounting files and store accounting documents in accordance with current regulations.
Oversee, manage and review the work of group accounting team members to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and current regulations.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Proficiency in ERP accounting software and MS Office.
Knowledge of revenue tracking for multi- location outlets.
Willing to work hard for closing books at month end with strict deadlines.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Certificate of Chief Accountant.
Excellent in managing team members and co- operating with other departments.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, audit or finance.
At least 4- 5 years relevant experience as Chief Accountant.
Excellent attention to detail, with strong organizational and time- management skills.
