Chief Accountant

Ensure compliance with Vietnam financial regulations and company policies.
Lead and manage the daily operations of the accounting department, including supervision of staff accountants and financial analysts.
Provide financial guidance and support to other departments within the organization.
Coordinate with external auditors and manage the annual audit process.
Prepare and monitor budgets, conduct financial forecasting, and provide strategic financial insights to senior management.
Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and accounting standards, ensuring the organization&039;s practices remain compliant.
Demonstrated integrity, ethical standards, and confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information.
Oversee banks, petty cash, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes.
Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements (PL,BS,CF), reports ( Tax..), and forecasts.
Implement and maintain accounting systems and software to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Develop and implement robust internal financial controls and procedures.

In- depth knowledge of Vietnam financial regulations.
Professional accounting certification required.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master&039;s degree preferred.
Minimum of 2- 5 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in the similar leadership role.
Advanced proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel , PMS, other hotel systems.
