Chief Engineer

Accountable for the operation and maintenance of engineering plants and engineering facilities of the entire property. Oversee the operation of all relevant technical systems and regular inspection of plants and other technical operation. Analyze daily logbook and give instructions to Engineering staff
Chief Engineer in daily operation:
Oversee immediate rectification of technical malfunction and repair requirements
Oversee training to Engineering staff and other departments
Ensure the preventive maintenance programmed being implemented according to the schedule
Work out the systematic maintenance plan
Follow up any additional requests from residents
Recommend for any adjustment/modification regarding the system to achieve improvement
Spearhead the energy conservation program
Work out budgets of Engineering department
Ensure discipline, rules & regulations, policies & procedures of Engineering department being followed
Provide directions to resolve technical problems referred

Conversant in English, spoken and written

Knowledge of functions of relevant technical systems and associated equipment and operational procedures.
Excellent communications and public relations skills.
Minimum 3 year’s experience in similar role related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer skills in Word, Excel, Power Point
Qualification: Technical university graduated
Good management and leadership skills
Be able to maintain and repair relevant machinery
