Chief of Legal & Compliance

- Legal and compliance matters:
Updating applicable laws and regulations, report significant legal violations and regulatory change, and consulting legal and compliance matters to members of BOM and other divisions for proper implementation and effective operation of the Company;
Evaluating the suitability and compliance with the law of internal guidelines, making and amending Charter, Internal Guidelines as BOM’s requests, forms and samples according to new legal regulations for divisions’ application; cross- check on Internal Guidelines made by other divisions;
In charge of license, AML and tax complaint matters;
Performing other duties assigned by members of BOM.
Liaison with authorities such as the SBV, Judge, State officers;
- Lawsuit:
Checking petition and relevant documents, judgment or court’s decisions, application on judgment execution, and other main matters that are stated by Legal and Compliance PICs at the trial;
Assigning Legal and Compliance PICs to be in charge and choosing the most suitable legal action to be applied to each bad project;
Speeding up projects after applying legal action;
Supervising and speeding up Legal and Compliance PICs in procedural matters;
- Non- Performance Loans Administration:
Supporting Legal and Compliance PICs in bad debt settlements;
Assigning jobs to Legal and Compliance PIC and managing bad projects;
Making periodical reports of bad projects to members of BOM;
Checking all documents regarding Payment Schedule, Amendment Agreement and other relevant documents;
