Chief Security

Monitor surveillance systems, access controls, and patrol activities to ensure safety and compliance
Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary
Provide security support for VIP guests, special events, and high- risk situations
Ensure fire safety systems and emergency evacuation procedures are in place and regularly tested
Supervise and lead the security team, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
Maintain records of security logs, incident reports, and visitor access
Promote a culture of safety and vigilance among all hotel staff
Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits of hotel premises
Investigate and report all security- related incidents, thefts, or accidents
Develop, implement, and maintain hotel- wide security policies and procedures

Knowledge of local laws, safety regulations, and emergency response protocols
Certification in security management or law enforcement background is an advantage
Strong leadership and crisis management skills
Proficient in using security systems and surveillance technology
Minimum 5 years of experience in security management, preferably in hospitality or corporate settings
