- Maintain chinaware, glassware & silverware inventory, labor & supplies costs within budgeted guidelines.
- Responsible for the proper cleaning & storage of all dishes & serving equipment.
- Responsible for the weekly cleaning & dish room applies order.
- Responsible for the supervision of all trash removal to be dispose in the garbage rooms.
- To accurately forecast business demands every week to ensure efficient staffing.
- Maintain clean and sanitized food preparation areas, to include all production equipment.
- Directly responsible for the sanitation of all culinary & front of house operational areas.
- Enforce the standard point Sanitation Checklist by having all kitchens inspected every month.
- To ensure the efficient scheduling of supervisors and employees.
- To ensure the awareness & enforcement of all company SOPs & property LSOPs.
- To supervise all aspects of employee management, including hiring and discipline in conjunction with the executive chef.
- To implement a departmental daily training program.
- Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the floor, wall, ceiling, and exhaust hood for all food preparation areas.

Hardworking, eager to learn and proactive in work.
At least a vocational certificate with a preference of Bachelor&039;s degree in any field.
At least 4 years of working experience in the same position at Hotels/ Resorts.
Proficient computer literate and management skills.
English Communication skills.
Good in interpersonal and creative skills.
