Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and kitchen equipment
Maintain accurate records and reports related to inventory, maintenance, and compliance
Collaborate with chefs and F&B teams to support smooth kitchen operations
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the stewarding team
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen, dishwashing, and storage areas
Liaise with suppliers and contractors (e.g., pest control, chemical providers) as needed
Conduct regular training for stewarding staff on cleaning procedures and safety protocols
Prepare duty rosters, manage staff schedules, and monitor labor costs
Implement and enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with local regulations and hotel policies
Assist in budget planning and cost control for stewarding operations
Ensure all kitchen utensils, equipment, and service ware are properly cleaned, sanitized, and stored
Control breakage, loss, and proper handling of operating equipment
Yêu cầu công việc
Good communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Strong leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and chemical handling procedures
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in stewarding, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
Diploma or certificate in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or related field
