CHỦ QUẢN KỸ SƯ DỰ ÁN - PROJECT ENGINEER SUPERVISOR

- Lead and supervise the project engineering team in executing engineering projects.- Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, budgets, and resources.- Review and approve technical documents, engineering drawings, and project specifications.- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Procurement, and Maintenance to ensure project success.- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.- Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.- Support new equipment installation, line setup, and process validation.- Prepare project progress reports and present status updates to management.- Drive continuous improvement and implement best practices in project management.

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related Engineering field.- 5–7 years of experience in engineering, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/project leadership role.- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP certification is a plus).- Experience in manufacturing project execution (equipment installation, process transfer, facility upgrade, etc.).- Familiar with AutoCAD/solid modeling software and MS Project (or other project management tools).- Good understanding of lean manufacturing, quality management systems, and safety standards.- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.- English proficiency (written & spoken) or Chinese (HSK4 up)
