Chuyên viên đào tạo/ Training Executive

Identify training needs across departments through surveys, performance appraisals, and consultations with managers.
Ensure training complies with health, safety, and labor regulations.
Assist in promoting a learning culture and employee engagement through training- related activities and internal communications.
Conduct internal training sessions and orientation programs for new employees.
Prepare and update training materials for onboarding, soft skills, service standards, and job- specific training.
Maintain accurate training records and generate regular reports.
Collaborate in developing SOP training and certification processes.
Coordinate with external training providers for specialized courses (e.g., fire safety, foreign languages, technical skills, etc.).
Develop annual and monthly training plans aligned with the resort’s objectives.
Monitor training participation and assess post- training effectiveness.
Support implementation of service excellence initiatives and brand standards training.

Good organizational and time- management abilities.
College or university degree in Human Resources, Education, Hospitality Management, or related fields.
Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
Ability to deliver training in both English and Vietnamese is an advantage.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
At least 1–2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry (hotel/resort/service).
Knowledge of customer service standards, hotel SOPs, and brand training is preferred.
