Financial Reporting & Month- End Closing
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements in accordance with VAS (Vietnam Accounting Standards) and company policy.
- Ensure timely month- end and year- end closing, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
- Monitor fixed assets, depreciation, and inventory accounting.
Tax & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with General Department of Taxation (GDT) regulations.
- Liaise with tax authorities and external auditors during tax audits and financial reviews.
- Handle all statutory tax filings including VAT, PIT, CIT, FCT, and other relevant reports.
Internal Controls & Audit
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and explanation.
- Maintain and improve internal control systems to ensure compliance and minimize risks.
Financial Analysis & Budgeting
- Provide management with financial insights to support decision- making.
- Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
Communication & Reporting
- Report directly to the CEO or Operation Manager
- Collaborate with cross- functional teams including HR, Procurement, Marketing and Sales.

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor&039;s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
At least 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a similar position.
Proficient in Chinese or English.
