Chuyên Viên Kỹ Thuật Quản Lý/Bảo Trì KCN

Job Responsibilities:

Be the first responder in handling emergencies at property.
Enforce labor safety and fire prevention regulations, regularly monitoring compliance for tenants, guests, and workers within the industrial park.
Ensure smooth and effective daily operations within the industrial park.
Other duties / assignment from management from time to time.
Conduct daily checks, maintain checklists, and monitor equipment to ensure optimal functioning of technical systems such as mechanical and electrical systems, infrastructure, buildings, and landscape while promoting energy efficiency.
Maintains operating condition of project and equipment, and completes simple repairs.
Monitor and report equipment status to department management, providing timely maintenance plans for operational efficiency.
Ensure the industrial portfolio (factories, offices, warehouses, recreational accommodation, etc.) operates efficiently and effectively to the satisfaction of all internal and external stakeholders (tenant, vendor, authority, etc.)
Perform repairs and maintenance on technical systems including electricity, water, air conditioning, ventilation, lighting systems, cameras, fire protection, landscape, and infrastructure within the industrial park.
Coordinate the early intervention, inspection, takeover and daily management, and operation of target projects.

Job Requirements:

Hold a college degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
Good interaction with other teams, strong communication and influencing skills.
Customer- centric and detailed oriented.
Proficiency in English communication and document reading is advantageous.
Proficient in equipment operation, maintenance, and repair procedures.
Ability to work in Yên Trung commune, Bac Ninh province.
Interpersonal skills.
Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within manufacturing or industrial park management.
Ability to handle daily issue situations and solve complaints from clients.
High level of initiative, integrity, and professionalism.
