Act as a bridge between customers and the factory to ensure high- quality order servicing.
Allocate received fabrics and trims to the Sample Room in the system.
Support pre- production preparation, including fabric and sample development, and bulk production.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and foster a customer service mindset throughout the factory.
Collaborate on fabric development, handle handloom/lab- dip approvals, and follow up with customers for approvals.
Responsible for assigned product categories, types of orders, and sample developments according to experience level.
Issue and monitor sample fabric and sub- material POs; address any delivery delays.
Fully understand and respond to all customer communications.
Provide on- demand status updates and respond to customer enquiries and feedback throughout the order process.

Experience in the garment or textile industry is an advantage.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively under pressure.
Strong communication skills.
