Working from home a few days or a week depending on team&039;s schedule
Working hours- 5 days/ week
Monday to Friday (or Tuesday to Saturday)
9:30 AM- 6:30 PM

RESPONSIBILITY
Community Development & Growth
Proactively generate new student opportunities through referrals, partnerships, events, school communities, and outreach activities;
Identify new opportunities for student acquisition and community growth;
Contribute ideas that strengthen the visibility and long- term growth of College Compass.
Build strong relationships with prospective families, schools, and external partners;
Represent College Compass professionally at seminars, workshops, school visits, and networking events;
Consultation & Relationship Management
Present College Compass programs and admissions pathways clearly and professionally;
Guide families through important educational decisions with professionalism and responsiveness.
Conduct consultations with students and parents to understand academic goals and needs;
Build trust- based relationships through strong communication and consistent follow- up;
Enrollment & Pipeline Management
Support students and families throughout the enrollment journey;
Maintain accurate records of pipeline progress and follow- up activities;
Maintain regular communication through calls, messages, emails, meetings, and events;
Consistently follow up with prospective families and maintain engagement;
Contribute actively to enrollment and community growth goals.
Collaboration & Brand Presence
Work closely with marketing and academic teams on outreach initiatives;
Contribute positively to team culture and execution;
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth family experience;
Help strengthen College Compass as a trusted education brand.
REQUIREMENTS
Passion for education and helping students grow.
Organized, proactive, and confident working independently;
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Vietnamese and English;
Strong ownership mindset and ability to execute consistently;
1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Admissions Consulting, Education Partnerships, Hospitality (4 or 5- star hotel) or other relationship- driven industries;
Comfortable initiating conversations and building relationships with new people;
Strong interpersonal and networking skills;
