Job title: Talent Acquisition Specialist (Sales & Back- Office)

Job role
Accountabilities
Recruitment
- Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and on- ground field activities.
- Build and maintain pipelines for high- demand roles and key locations.
- Screen CVs, conduct interviews, manage offers, and coordinate onboarding.
- Manage end- to- end hiring for field sales (mass), operations, and back- office roles.
- Partner with hiring managers and guide them on structured interview practices.
HR Operations Support
- Maintain recruitment data and weekly hiring reports.
- Support contract preparation and joining formalities when needed.
- Coordinate interview logistics, documentation, and onboarding tasks with HR Ops.
HR Engagement Support
- Support onboarding engagement for new hires.
- Participate in employer branding content, recruitment events, and internal HR activities.
- Enhance candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

RequirementsBachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
Strong sourcing and communication skills.
1+ year of recruitment experience (mass sales hiring is a plus).
Detail- oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast- paced startup environment.
