• Perform other related tasks assigned by line manager.
• Recruit native and Vietnamese teachers for our center and training programs at private classes.
• Attend candidate teachers’ teaching demonstrations and evaluate their performance.
• Assign teachers to different schools and classes.
• Maintain teachers’ attendance at schools/classes.
• Modifying teachers’ standards and policies.
