Cigar Service
• Advise members on cigar selections based on their preferences.
• Provide recommendations for spirit pairings to complement cigars.
• Present and prepare cigars with precision and ceremony.
Humidor & Stock Management
• Track inventory, reordering and deliveries in coordination with suppliers.
• Ensure presentation and cleanliness of the humidor area.
• Maintain optimal conditions for all cigars in storage and display.
Member Engagement
• Build relationships with members and understand individual tastes.
• Host cigar tastings and themed events in collaboration with the bar team.
• Share knowledge and background of cigar origins, construction and profiles.
Team Collaboration
• Ensure all health and safety standards are met in the cigar area.
• Work with bar and restaurant staff to deliver coordinated experiences.
• Support private bookings and VIP guest requests.

• Passion for luxury products and member experience.
• Excellent guest service and presentation skills.
• Extensive knowledge of cigars, brands, regions and preparation techniques.
• Organised with attention to detail in stock and humidor management.
• Previous experience in a premium hospitality or cigar- specific role.
• Comfortable engaging with VIP clientele.

Salary
: Up to 30,000,000 VND
