Good command of English
Male or female, under 37 years old
Experience in preparing, submitting, and working with government authorities for dossier appraisal and permitting procedures
Minimum 5 years of experience as a civil engineer in residential urban projects or industrial buildings
Graduated from a full- time university program (Hanoi University of Civil Engineering / Hanoi Architectural University) in a related field
Must hold a valid Degree/Professional License in structural design or construction supervision of civil buildings
Capable of quantity take- off and material estimation; preferably experienced in using cost estimating and structural quantity take- off software
