• Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and track hotel industry trends.
  
• Propose marketing programs, promotions, and events suitable for each season or special occasion.
  
• Prepare marketing budgets and monitor cost control.
  

Short- term & Long- term Planning

Develop the annual Master Marketing Plan and detailed monthly/quarterly plans.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure effective campaign implementation across all outlets.

Customer Data Collection & Analysis

Collect and analyze customer reviews, surveys, social media feedback, and loyalty program data.
Provide insights to improve customer experience.

Branding Management

Maintain Classyc Hotel’s brand image across all channels: online & offline.
Plan initiatives to increase brand awareness, reach, and positioning.

Partnership Marketing

Manage marketing contracts and monitor third- party collaboration KPIs.
Identify and collaborate with strategic partners: suppliers, travel agents, OTAs, influencers, and media partners.

Campaign Reporting

Track and report campaign results based on budget and pre- defined KPIs.

Ability to plan, analyze data, and execute marketing campaigns.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related fields.
Knowledgeable in digital marketing, social media, PR, and event support.
At least 3 years of marketing experience in the hospitality industry
Proficient in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and customer data analysis tools.
Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
