This position is expected to successfully develop client portfolio, including new customers, renewal and enhancement of existing coverage to ensure the achievement of the sales target.
The Role
Business Development & Sales Execution
• Identify and acquire new clients to achieve individual sales targets.
• Execute sales strategies effectively to meet assigned business targets.
• Proactively explore and develop new business opportunities, especially with corporate clients in industrial sectors such as construction and manufacturing.
Client Relationship Management
• Manage the end- to- end client engagement process, ensuring high service quality and client retention.
• Build and maintain strong, long- term relationships with clients to support insurance placement, renewals, and cross- selling opportunities.
• Provide consultative support to clients on insurance solutions tailored to their business needs.
Internal & External Collaboration
• Coordinate with underwriting, claims, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Work closely with internal departments and insurance providers to deliver customized and competitive insurance solutions.
Reporting & Performance Monitoring
• Regularly update and report sales performance metrics, pipeline status, and client engagement activities to management.
Other Responsibilities
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
