CNC Engineer

Participating the product and tooling design review and provide suggestion/ideas from CNC process perspectives.
Preparing product feasibility study report.
Publishing CNC working instructions, BOM, part history etc. on time.
Supporting the handover of product development to launch team in CNC pilot run, ensuring all the necessary data are provided and documents are updated, and supporting the launch team and production until the first pilot run summary
Preparing CNC process flow chart, estimated IE time and custom information.
Preparing samples according to sample request sheet with the awareness of existing problems;
Collecting information during trial- out build for product engineer.
Providing support and suggestion from CNC process perspective during RFQ.
Evaluating ECR during development phase and maintain lesson- learned database frequently.

At least college degree in engineering or technology, bachelor’s degree preferred
Good English communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
Hands- on experience in a manufacturing at least 1 year with MasterCAM, CNC 3 or 5 Axis
Hands- on experience in using 2D/3D software
