Cocoxim Social Commerce Manager

Social Media
Strategy & Planning:

Set clear goals for growth, engagement, and conversion, aligned with brand and business objectives
Own the content calendar and posting schedule
Develop and execute platform- specific strategies for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook across markets

Content Creation & Management

Work with in- house and external creators to develop highly engaging, on- brand content (video, photo, memes, reels, etc.)
Write captions, suggest trending audio, and keep content fresh and
platform- relevant
Oversee asset creation, curation, and approval processes.

Community Building

Engage with followers, respond to comments and DMs, and spark conversation.
Identify
and build relationships with brand advocates, creators, and micro- influencers.
Manage giveaways, live streams, and social activations

Insights & Optimization

Stay updated on trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activity
Analyze data to optimize posting times, content types, and ad boosts.
Track performance using platform analytics and third- party tools

Cocoxim
Public Relations

Manage crisis communications and safeguard the Cocoxim brand during sensitive situations
Drive media exposure and secure high- impact coverage of Cocoxim brand in top- tier local and international publications
Create engaging press releases, media pitches, speeches, and thought leadership articles that reflect the company’s vision and values

Master’s degree in Marketing
, Communications, Public Relations, or
a related
field
Strong media network and experience in managing press relations.
Experience with digital marketing, branding, and event management.
Strong creative eye – you know what looks good, what’s trending, and what performs.
Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate marketing, PR, or communications.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook (algorithms, formats, trends).
Exceptional writing, storytelling, and content creation skills.
Excellent writing and storytelling skills
Crisis management experience is a plus
Comfort with tools like Canva,
CapCut
, Adobe, Meta Business Suite, etc.
Fluent in Chinese speaking and written will be an added advantage
Bonus: Experience with paid social, influencer marketing, or user- generated content.
