IT Intern
Work Location: VSIP 1 – Binh Duong
Key Responsibilities:
Support documentation of software requirements and technical specifications.
Assist in developing simple tools and applications (interfaces, single‑purpose utilities, etc.).
Build reports and stored procedures to extract and process data from MS SQL Server.
Support the implementation of new functional requirements for the DMS system.
Participate in software testing activities to ensure accuracy and quality.

Work Location: Nhon Trạch – Đồng Nai
Key Responsibilities:
Organize, store, and update employment contracts, new hire records, and other personnel documents.
Support tasks related to social insurance, health insurance, and basic personal income tax procedures.
Support collecting and entering data related to salaries, bonuses, allowances, and penalties (KPIs, overtime) into the system/Excel.
Assist in checking daily attendance, tracking leave days, and monitoring employee tardiness/early departures.

Support filming video clips and executing online training programs.

Key Responsibilities:
Control Work‑In‑Process (WIP).
Monitor daily progress of all production orders, promptly identifying delays or changes.
Track actual production schedules and progress.
Update notes and remarks in the daily production plan to ensure accuracy.
Issue new Work Orders (WOs) based on the production schedule.
