This position is responsible for identifying new customers, maintaining customer relationships and supporting the Business Development Manager in preparing reports for senior management, as well as creating presentations for clients.
- Compliance & Safety Participation: Adhere to all HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality) policies, participate in related activities as needed, and ensure compliance with legal and internal guidelines in all tasks.
- Reporting & Presentation: Prepare detailed sales reports and presentations, summarizing key data and insights, and providing recommendations for strategy refinement.
- Sales & Lead Generation: Proactively identify and approach potential customers, understanding their business needs, and introducing BLA&039;s services to align with their objectives.
- Networking: Attend industry conferences and events to build connections with potential clients, raise awareness of BLA&039;s services, and generate new leads.
- Managerial Support: Assist with additional sales, operation- related tasks as assigned by the manager to help meet team goals.
- Business Development: Conduct regular market study to identify new business opportunities, track industry trends, and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
- Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure continued business growth and explore opportunities for expansion.
