Commercial Executive

This position is responsible for identifying new customers, maintaining customer relationships and supporting the Business Development Manager in preparing reports for senior management, as well as creating presentations for clients.

Compliance & Safety Participation: Adhere to all HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality) policies, participate in related activities as needed, and ensure compliance with legal and internal guidelines in all tasks.
Networking: Attend industry conferences and events to build connections with potential clients, raise awareness of BLA&039;s services, and generate new leads.
Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure continued business growth and explore opportunities for expansion.
Business Development: Conduct regular market study to identify new business opportunities, track industry trends, and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
Sales & Lead Generation: Proactively identify and approach potential customers, understanding their business needs, and introducing BLA&039;s services to align with their objectives.
Managerial Support: Assist with additional sales, operation- related tasks as assigned by the manager to help meet team goals.
Reporting & Presentation: Prepare detailed sales reports and presentations, summarizing key data and insights, and providing recommendations for strategy refinement.

At least 1 year working experience is advantaged.
Self- motivated, ability to work independently with initiative, self- organizer.
At least college degree, major economic, marketing, foreign trade, maritime is preferred
Flexibility to travel nationally and internationally as required
Good spoken & written English
Marketing skill
Strong commitment to delivering excellence with strong focus on customer centric service excellence.
Basic SQL query and data analysis skill is a plus
Excellence in Microsoft office, especially in Power point.
