About the Job
The Commercial Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and commercial performance by managing sales execution, developing client relationships, and ensuring profitable delivery of CREASIA’s solutions.
This role acts as a key link between Sales, Operations, and Management, translating commercial strategy into consistent business results.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Business Development
Monitor sales pipeline, conversion rates, and deal performance
Lead client meetings, presentations, proposals, negotiations, and deal closures
Maintain and grow long- term relationships with key clients and partners
Manage and execute sales activities to achieve revenue and growth targets
Develop new business opportunities and expand existing client accounts
Commercial Planning & Execution
Track and report commercial performance, forecasts, and risks
Coordinate with Operations and Project teams to ensure feasible and profitable delivery
Implement commercial plans aligned with company strategy and business priorities
Support pricing, costing, and margin control for projects and services
Account Management & Client Success
Identify upsell and cross- sell opportunities across CREASIA’s service offerings
Manage commercial issues during project execution and resolve client concerns
Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and repeat business
Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients
Team Collaboration & Leadership
Share best practices, market insights, and sales methodologies
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Creative, Finance, and HR teams
Guide and support junior sales or account team members
Contribute to a performance- driven, ownership- focused sales culture
Requirements
Experience & Background
Experience handling complex or project- based sales cycles is preferred
Proven track record in achieving revenue targets and managing client accounts
5–8 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Commercial roles
Experience in Agency, FMCG, Retail, Trade Marketing, Field Force, or B2B services is a strong advantage
Skills & Competencies
High ownership, accountability, and ability to work under pressure
Commercial mindset with solid understanding of pricing, margin, and profitability
Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese
Data- driven thinking with the ability to analyze sales performance
