Commercial Operation Executive (SEA Expansion)

Department: Commercial Operations – SEA Expansion
KEY CONTACTS
Internal: SEA Commercial/PPM, Supply & Logistics, EXIM, Connect, BCC Team China, Legal.
External: SEA Distributors
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Maintain a highly structured and proactive approach to managing multiple workstreams and deadlines
Optimize, automate, and improve current reports: Purchase Order (POs) Collection, Weekly Latest Estimate report, Risk Updating and Reporting.
Work with Commercial SEA to ensure PO placed and shipment can meet budget in each month.
Ensure accurate setup of customer/product data in internal systems across all entities
Update and follow up Production Schedule with Supply/logistics team and liaise with Distributor.
Manage, follow up, and resolve issues related to returnable packaging reconciliation with customers, Supply, and Export teams
Collect and improve the demand forecast collection process from Market Leaders and Distributors.
Manage requests and queries from internal and external stakeholders.
Perform administrative duties and other tasks as assigned by the line manager

Ability to manage and plan workload effectively.
Network with media agencies is an advantage.
At least 5- 8 years of experience in communications/media.
Analytical skills with orientation to details.
Excellent command of Business English and Vietnamese, especially in writing.
Experience with a communication agency, a business association, and/or an internal communications role in FMCG is an advantage.
Demonstrates strong integrity and ethical standards.
Time management and problem- solving.
Bachelor or Master&039;s degree(s) in public relations, communication, journalism, art or other related majors.
Good command of designing software or websites is an advantage.
Good relationship with media in big cities.
Ability to bring creative communication solutions and approaches.
Understanding of communication principles and practices.
Good command of MS Office.
