The Marketing House – Vietnam, located in Da Nang, specializes in helping companies in or out of Vietnam to improve their business performance in Vietnam. Some clients start doing business in Vietnam from scratch, some clients have been growing their business in Vietnam for years. From initial research to expert consulting and hands- on training, we optimize marketing, sales, and customer service strategies for better results in the Vietnamese market.
Location: Ngu Hanh Son, Da Nang, Vietnam.
Full- time / Part- time
+ Your role:
– Sometimes you can’t sleep because your brain is racing over ideas on how to improve your role and take the company to the next level. Your dedication means you constantly take action, write down everything you learn, and study it later, ensuring you are a better, smarter version of yourself with every new task you take on.
– Your typical day will be anything but standard. You might start by driving through Da Nang to join a meeting with a lead who wants to start doing business in Vietnam, then immediately jump into a high- level consulting session with a foreign client in a new coffee shop, all while replying to several urgent emails that require specific, strategic answers.
– In between calls, you’ll be doing online research into a foreign product’s sales opportunities in Vietnam, followed by a brainstorming session with the team to finalize the best market entry strategy for another client.
– This role is about being on the front lines of
international business
in Vietnam, constantly shifting gears and solving complex problems in real- time. Ready to take your

+ Key Responsibilities:
– Client Pains and Solutions Assessment: Join meetings with our international partners, leads and clients, assist our General Manager in understanding the issues and challenges of the clients and brainstorm ideas, suggestions and plans to help the client achieve his business goals in Vietnam.
– Lead Generation: Proactively use social media pulling and pushing tactics, and other lead generation strategies, to find new business opportunities and lead potential clients to our online marketing channels.
– Client Communication: Manage and follow up our projects, client meetings, phone calls and email conversations with the right timing, details and wording with confidence and determination to move forward with a project and help clients to make the best decision for their company.
– Market Research: Execute targeted online research for our clients. This includes building a network of industry professionals, analysing industries and product features, and making phone calls to companies to start conversations about products our clients want to introduce in Vietnam.
Sometimes you’ll also do this:
– Jack of All Trades: In between all this, you might be asked to assist colleagues with their deadlines and tasks whenever needed. This might range from writing a blog article for our website, over editing a shorts for our YouTube channel, to creating a graphic design for a Facebook post. + Candidate Profile:
– At least 3 years of experience in English- speaking international environment. (required)
– Proficiency in Vietnamese and English. (required)
– Strong eye for observing the Vietnamese business culture, practices and etiquette. (required)

in marketing, sales or customer service, in

B2B companies selling services of over 50 million VND per service.
B2C or B2B luxury industry.
Marketing strategy.
– You crave knowledge. You want to learn new things every day: soft skills, hard skills and everything about business development, marketing, sales and customer service according to international standards.
- You have a strong work ethic and prefer to have a high degree of autonomy in your work.
– Born with a commercial mindset (required): Speaking with people and making them curious about what we do, is easy for you. Explaining them how we can solve their struggles and help them to achieve better results in the Vietnamese market is a skill you’d love to learn or have already acquired.
– You pay a great deal of attention to the details of something, especially when you are trying to complete a task.
– You have a “I will find a way” mindset. Problems don’t exist, only solutions. You see opportunity to do business and get clients everywhere. You are proactive to anticipate problems and take initiative without waiting to be told, to make things better for the company and our clients.
– Organised in overviewing your work, following up with emails and projects. You are able to prioritize and multitask, and handle multiple projects.
