Provides exceptional services to guests and internal customers in other department at all time to maintain positive interactions with good working relationships.
Stirs and strains soups and sauces.
Stores foods in designated areas.
Weighs and measures designated ingredients.
Performs the required actions according to the hotel’s established hygiene and sanitation / HACCP standards.
Attends training sessions and meetings as and when required.
Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils, segregates and removes garbage
Understands and strictly adhere to Rules and Regulations established in the Associate Handbook and the hotel’s policies concerning fire, hygiene, health and safety.
Washes, peels, cuts, and seeds vegetables and fruits.
Assists in control quality of items and sets up buffet presentations.
Cleans, cuts, and grinds meats, poultry, and seafood.

1 year work experience as Commis Chef or 2 years as Kitchen Assistant in a hotel or restaurant with 5 star standards / good hygiene knowledge
