We&039;re looking for a passionate Community Growth Executive to build, engage, and grow our trader community across Facebook Groups, Telegram, and forums
Job Overview
Responsibilities
- Track and report KPIs (growth, engagement, brand sentiment).
- Take initiative to drive projects forward quickly and efficiently across departments.
- Develop and execute strategies to grow and engage online communities.
- Stay updated on competitors and industry trends to enhance community strategy.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to execute campaigns quickly and effectively.
- Plan and maintain a consistent posting calendar across channels.
- Monitor community sentiment, respond to members, and moderate discussions.
- Create and manage content (text, image, video) that drives interaction and builds brand connection.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in community management, preferably in fintech, stock, or FX industries.
- Strong understanding of social media and engagement best practices.
- Proven success in building and managing online communities.
- Creative, data- driven, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and content creation skills.
- Basic understanding of financial markets (Stock, Crypto, FX).
- Experience leading a small team is a plus.
