Compliance Specialist

* Waste Management
- Monitor waste contractors’ compliance and documentation;
- Establish internal policy, regulation and procedure on waste management and implement the waste classification programs;
- Track waste data and reporting; drive waste reduction and recycling initiatives.
* Environmental Management
- Support departments in resource- saving initiatives and action plans;
- Collect and report environmental data (EKPI, waste, energy, air emission).
- Update and ensure compliance with environmental regulations;
* Audit & Compliance
- Update systems (e.g., Trust Trace) with relevant team.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, industrial standards, Higg FEM, GOTS, GRS;
- Support audits, prepare documentation, and follow up CAPs;
* Certification & Traceability
- Track certification progress and resolve issues.
- Support Oekotex and traceability audits;
- Coordinate with third parties, prepare samples and documents;
* Supplier & Training
- Organize environmental activities (recycling, Earth Hour, etc.).
- Conduct environmental training for employees;
- Monitor supplier/subcontractor compliance and certifications;

- Education: Bachelor&039;s degree in major: Environment Engineering, Labor Safety, and related technical fields;- Experience: From a year of experience in a compliance or environmental role, prefer relevant experience in manufacturing;- Language: Fluent in English and/or Chinese;- Others: Proactive in the work, creative, and strong problem- solving skills.
