Ensure all content reflects the brand’s tone and voice consistently.
Lập kế hoạch & quản lý nội dung/ Content Planning & Management

Xây dựng Content Calendar hàng tuần / tháng

Build weekly and monthly content calendars.

Theo dõi, quản lý tiến độ sản xuất và đăng tải nội dung.

Monitor and manage content production and publishing timelines.

Đảm bảo đồng bộ thông điệp giữa các kênh truyền thông (social, ads, website...).

Ensure message consistency across all communication channels (social media, ads, website, etc.).
Tối ưu & đo lường hiệu quả/ Optimization & Performance Measurement

Theo dõi hiệu suất bài đăng (reach, engagement, CTR, leads…).

Track content performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, leads, etc.)

Đề xuất cách cải thiện chất lượng nội dung và tỉ lệ tương tác.

Propose improvements to enhance content quality and engagement rate.

Nắm bắt xu hướng (trend) mới trên mạng xã hội để ứng dụng sáng tạo kịp thời.

Keep up with the latest social media trends and apply them creatively in content.
Phối hợp liên phòng ban/ Cross- Department Collaboration

Làm việc cùng team Marketing, Design, Performance, Sales để đảm bảo nội dung phù hợp với chiến lược kinh doanh.

Work closely with Marketing, Design, Performance, and Sales teams to align content with business strategies.

Tham gia brainstorm campaign, hỗ trợ ý tưởng cho TVC, KV, event, hoặc các chiến dịch quảng cáo.

Participate in campaign brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for TVCs, KVs, events, or marketing campaigns.

Tối thiểu 1 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực sáng tạo nội dung, marketing hoặc truyền thông, hiểu biết về Marketing, Branding và Social Media.
At least 1 year of experience in content creation, marketing, or communications, with good knowledge of Marketing, Branding, and Social Media.
Có khả năng viết sáng tạo, nắm bắt insight người dùng.
Strong creative writing skills with the ability to capture user insights.
Có khả năng viết đa dạng phong cách: hài hước, chuyên nghiệp, cảm xúc, storytelling...
Able to write in various tones and styles: humorous, professional, emotional, storytelling, etc.
Biết sử dụng cơ bản các công cụ chỉnh sửa hình ảnh/video (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere/ Photoshop) là lợi thế
Basic skills in image/video editing tools (Canva, CapCut; Adobe Premiere/Photoshop is a plus
Biết đọc – phân tích chỉ số social media là một điểm cộng.
Ability to analyze social media metrics is an advantage.
Ưu tiên có portfolio nội dung viral/ kênh social đã vận hành tốt
Prefer candidates with a portfolio of viral content or well- managed social channels
