Content Creator

We are currently hiring a Senior AI Copy Writer to join our team and create engaging & impactful designs for various media applications. This role blends creativity and strategy, requiring someone who understands consumer insights, media trends, and campaign objectives. You‘ll collaborate across teams, lead junior creatives, and help bring big ideas to life across social, digital, and IMC productions.
Responsibilities

Lead the team in developing end- to- end execution content and manage the team members workload as well.
Lead a Junior Copywriter on appropriate projects.
Research on diverse and varied industries regarding clients, and target audiences, and come up with relevant blog topics and posts.
Develop creative strategies that are forward- thinking and in line with current media trends.
Take ownership of copy briefs and answer them to a very high standard of copywriting (script, campaign tagline, social content,...)
Brainstorm ideas and concepts with internal teams and liaise with clients to interpret their briefs by managing diverse types of productions (Video, Events, Digital...)
Develop tailor- made digital content based on client briefs.
Provide creative social content ideas for pitching and other social campaigns.
Manage multiple projects, with the ability to switch from one to the other seamlessly.

Key Requirements:

Tech- savvy: apply AI in daily works to boost efficiency and actively explore, implement new GenAI techniques and provide feedback to drive platform improvements.
At least 3- 4 years of working experience in the same role at agency company.
Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Diverse copywriting: Craft compelling copy that resonates with diverse audiences across various categories.
Strong conceptual thinking and good at strategic thinking: + Develop and implement creative approaches aligned with campaign objectives + Consumer insight generation.
Fluent in English.
Production management skillset: + Oversee the end- to- end production process, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met. + Collaborate effectively with cross- functional teams to bring creative visions to life.
Significant experience in professional, commercial projects related to many industries, especially FMCG/Retails/Technology.
